Jim has extensive Human Resources experience working with private equity portfolio companies on M&A, carve-outs, integrations, diligence and turnarounds. He has done this both internally in multiple Chief Human Resource Officer roles, and externally as a member of the private equity sponsors’ operations teams. His nearly 40 years of experience include: manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, consumer products, entertainment and financial services.
Jim brings an analytical and operational perspective to HR. His focus is on identifying the human capital strategies required to support the business’ value creation plans, and then assembling and aligning leadership teams around execution.
